Meu bichinho bonito,

Não sei se vc sabe, mas sou louco por cheesecake. Adoro doces. Não posso comê-los em demasia, mas, como dizia a minha bisavó Cavida, não dá para não adoçar a boca.
Uma vez, em Nova York, o PF me levou para comer um fantástico. Não estou certo se é um (de bolo) ou uma (de torta), embora a minha amiga AF seja categórica: é um. Os de NYC, como se sabe, são enormes. Comi dois.
O velho mestre me ensinou um dia, em Dallas, Texas, que o cheesecake com morango é uma invenção nova-iorquina. Hoje em dia, é possível se comer um cheesecake à maneira de Nova York em São Paulo (é difícil achar um muito bom). Mas, já foi muito raro encontrar um cheesecake na cidade.
Teve uma vez que eu até trouxe o creme de Nova York. Na mala. Para a querida A., ótima em doces, fazer cheesecake para mim. Outra ocasião, com o comilão Ono-san, refestelei-me com O-Cheesecake-Mais-Glorioso-de-Todos-os-Tempos. Um cheesecake-de-café. No Union Square Cafe. Comemos tão reverencialmente aquela fatia de paraíso que a velhinha americana da mesa do lado não agüentou. Pediu um pedacinho.
Doces recordações. Literalmente.
Na semana passada, eu mandei um Cartão Postal que falava sobre o livro de obituários do “The New York Times”. Pois bem, neste livro precioso, conta-se a história de Mr. Harry Rosen. Ele morreu em 1996, aos 92 anos. Tinha quase a idade do século. O que ele fazia de tão importante para ter merecido, entre tantos milhões de cidadãos americanos, um obituário no “Times”?
O melhor cheesecake do mundo. Quem faz o melhor cheesecake do mundo merece até mais do que isso. Merece a manchete do jornal. “Morreu ontem, aos 92, um homem que fazia a vida dos outros mais doce”. Esta deveria ter sido a notícia principal do “Times” naquele dia.
Comer um cheesecake no Junior’s Restaurant é um dever de rua dos nova-iorquinos. Políticos, empresários, celebridades, turistas vão ao restaurante que o Mr. Rosen deixou só para comer um deles. O estudioso da tradição gastronômica americana Michel Stern diz: se vc pensa em um ótimo cheesecake, vc pensa no cheesecake de Nova York e se vc quer um ótimo cheesecake em Nova York, vc vai ao Junior’s.
Um dos maiores homens desse século que se encerra, este Mr. Harrry Rosen.

PS: Em 1981, o Junior¹s pegou fogo. Enquanto os bombeiros tentavam apagar o incêndio, as pessoas gritavam: “Salvem o cheesecake, salvem o cheesecake!”. Quem disse que a humanidade não sabe o que é bom para ela?

A receita de uma época gloriosa: o cheesecake do Junior’s Ingredientes

* xícara (chá) de bolacha moída (tipo maizena)
* xícara (chá) e mais duas colheres de sopa de açúcar
3 colheres de sopa de maizena
900 g de cream cheese
1 ovo
* xícara (chá) de creme de leite fresco
* colher (chá) de essência de baunilha

Modo de Preparo

1- Pré aqueça o forno em temperatura média (180 graus). Unte uma forma de aro removível (22 cm) com manteiga. Cubra o fundo da forma com as bolachas e leve ao refregirador.
2- Num recipiente acrescente o açúcar e a maisena. Acrescente o cream cheese e bata bem até obter um creme. Acrescente o ovo e continue batendo. Vagarosamente, acrescente o creme de leite e continue batendo. Adicione a essência de baunilha e misture bem.
3- Coloque a mistura na forma. Leve ao forno por 40 a 50 minutos ou até que a superfície comece a dourar. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar por 3 horas.

Serve de 8 a 10 pessoas..

Przyjąłem zaproszenie i od razu zaczął liczyć, ile kupić mięso, napoje, itp. .. Pamiętam, że ma tabeli miejscu dla marki piwa, które pomogły mi potwierdzić przewidywania zakupu. Nigdy nie mogłem zapomnieć o żonie Piotra, wegetariańskie.


Podczas grillowania wszystko poszło bardzo dobrze, ponieważ wybrane mięso bardzo zadowolony, że ludzie, nawet do picia, było zawsze zimno i oczekuje grill wegetariański żona Piotra.

Co to ma wspólnego z hasłem wegetarianinem?

Będę pominąć niektóre nazwy i produkty nie są ilustracją.

To było w zeszłym tygodniu z klientem, RealMedia, omawiając działania tego znaku swoje miejsce w różnych kanałów związek, który działa i skupić w jednym punkcie: Internet.
